Madness Combat 11 is an upcoming animation from Krinkels. Stated in a blog post on July 25th, Krinkels mentioned that whilst during his time away at the San Diego Comic Con he had finished writing a script for a Madness 11. Another blog post on July 31st on deviantART indicated that Krinkels had begun animating. No other details follow other than that the story will be continuing. No official title has been given.

This episode may describe the result of the explosion at the end of Madness Combat 10, and may lead to the introduction of a new antagonist or the conclusion of the series. The episode may also show further stages of or the completion of the Normality Restoration Process.

Krinkels has said that the episode will be coming out any time from June to mid-2013. When asked about MC11, Krinkels replied that it "Is so out there, it will either be the best Madness episode, or the worst."
In Madness Combat 8, Jesus said, "The end has begun." This is a possible sign that Madness Combat 11 might possibly be the end of the series.
